Join the second in our series of Seasonal Theme Tours at the gardens on Sunday afternoons. This tour will highlight the history of the garden and the gardening techniques that contributed to its transformation from a gravel parking lot to a beautiful public garden. The tour will be led by UC Master Gardener docents, well-versed in the history, design, plants, and special features of each of the seven themed gardens that make up Central Park Gardens. Participants will gather for an introduction to the gardens at the entrance to the Rose and Flower Garden. The tour will proceed through the gardens, and finish at the starting point for lemonade and cookies and a question-and-answer session.
Come visit us in Davis Central Park, on B Street between Third and Fourth Streets in Downtown Davis.
